So what COOL new upgrades have you guys noticed!!!

-you know those ground balls last year where the pitcher was covering and whenever is was very close the runner would always be safe.....well Kazmir just beat Rollins to the bag by a millasecond and was calld OUT....sweet!

-The 2 bad hops that I have seen look awesome!

-you can now turn the big spinning ball indicator off on fly balls but still have the shadow so you know the general area....love it.

-Cole Hamels now has 4 pitches....hope ALL do now for Online sake.

-Homerun indicator will show but may not be a homrun......could bounce off the wall. Awesome....

I like on the Pitcher screen (when you hit select to see pitch count, endurance, etc.) that you can hold down Square and see what the normal pitch speed is for every pitch in the pitcher's arsenal.

I love that pitch speed can be made slower and that the speed of the bat through the zone is faster. I can pull balls easier now.

I love the press box home run replays. Looks cool.

I saw a new umpire animation with a cool punch out on a close play at first.

everything just seemed much more fluid to me - I didn't notice anyone wearing shades or eye paint - did they keep that out of the demo ? ? ?

I love the way the catcher singals what pitch he wants by showing his fingers.

Not a little thing, but a definite upgrade, and perhaps the most important - the ball comes off the bat much more realistically than last year. I'm not seeing any opposite field shots on inside pitches, or pulled liners on outside pitches. This for me is the biggest improvement in the game.

It's blowing 08 out of the water for me, for that reason alone.

The lighting is immense, the new camera angles, the pitching camera, the catcher's signal calling, the fielding animations, the BATSPEED!, I'm so happy with the demo. This will be a long month.

The overall field degredation. I honestly don't recall it being in last years game, but maybe I just wasn't paying attention. Either way, seeing the chalk brushed away and the dirt kicked all around is awesome.

The infielders finally release the ball quickly now. Feels like MVP did.

Instead of the double pump animations all the time from 2nd to first that almost ended with the running beating them out.

I absolutely love this feature as well. It really makes you feel like you're "in" the game and actually forces you to concentrate on every pitch. It's actually fun to try and think along with the catcher

I like that even the conservative throws go offline from time to time.

-its nice to decide how hard you need to throw it to your cut-off man.........CANON BABY!

-hit a weak bloop pop up down 3rd......***iz ran back jumped up but came up short by about a foot as i'm rounding first.

-Longoria was playing off the bag and had a slow ground ball down 3rd dribble past his glove.....another base knock!!!

I was the Rays and Upton swung strike 3 but the ball hit the dirt and the catcher got up and just tag Upton. When Upton got back to the dugout, the manager Maddon was chewing him out big time for not hustling to 1st. It was hilarious, Upton was on the bench just taking the tongue lashing, the cutscene lasted about a good 15 seconds it was great!!! I can't wait to get this game!!!
