Play at the plate

I'm not sure if anyone brought this up before. In last years game, every play at the plate where the catcher was waiting for me w/ the ball, or failed suicide squeeze the catcher NEVER lost the ball. He had a steel grip. Watching the video for Sacrifice Fly made me think about how annoying it was that the guy behind the dish never lost it. Did the catcher ever get the ball knocked loose for you guys? If not, has this been fixed for '09?

Oh yeah.....played a few games....the keyword being "few'.....that the catcher dropped the ball during a play at the plate. They were few and far between, but it can and does happen.
