Sorry for posting this on the main forum but I have to know this right now. Will the Cubs have red bills on their hats on their away uniforms? Last year this was done correctly but I saw a picture in another post where Cubs players were wearing all blue hats with the away uniforms and I threw up in my mouth. Surely SCEA can't screw something up that they have had correct forever. As stupid as it may sound, if the Cubs wear all blue hats on the road this will ruin my experience with this game.

Rumor has it that the Cubs are getting rid of the red bills this year...so in that case the helmets would be incorrect and the hats correct...we'll see in April, I guess.Hook 'Em Horns!Comment

Can someone "confirm" this? I am picking mine up at midnight....I'd "also" like to know this! No way would they get this wrong...if they did, maybe that's what the Cubbies are gonna do this year!!!

I doubt that is what they are going to do this year. I check the Cubs website religiously every day. I watch Chicago Sports Nite every night. I have a subscription to VineLine. I think I would have heard about it. I'm willing to bet this is just a screwup. I remember a few years ago SCEA had the Cubs wearing the red billed hats at home. Last year they away helmets were all blue. They just can't seem to get this right and I don't understand what is so freaking complicated about it. For a company that prides themselves on the "small things" they sure do overlook some easy details.Comment

Well. back to the point. Can anyone with the game confirm the hats for the Cubs on the road? I know we can pick the uniforms but that doesn't mean (at least I wouldn't think) the specific jersey, pants and hat. All I want to know is if (in the game) the Cubs have red billed hats on the road or not.Comment

Yes. It will. And for Cubs fans, since we will never win a World Series...everything is a big deal. Again, I could say I would overlook it. But I know that every time I played on the road I would continually be pi$$ed off when I saw a cutscene with a Cubs player in it. It would just be so irritating.Comment

It isgoing to be irritating to watch this every away game if this is the case, but ugh...
...what can ya do? Maybe someone is listening from SCEA and can include a "patch" for this possibly, who knows.
