Although effective, on a good day Vaughn's only topping out around 93.

Still in the first year of AA ball so he'll get there over time...

I am 10-4 with 1 save (just after ASB) with about a 2.5 ERA. Drafted by Orioles and was MRP for a few weeks, then closed 1 game then got bumped up to rotation. I might sniff AAA this year, not sure. I get an email every so often saying I am not quite ready. I give up way to many hits... Opp BA is about 290. I've had some good games in between, however, giving up like 5 H in 7IP or so.

i selected closer and was put as a MRP with the Akron Aeros (indians aa). i have a 1.88 ERA and 33 K's in 34 innings. when i ask to be put into the closers role, the coach keeps saying i need more quality relieve starts. -___-

i hear ya i hate that my manager said i wasnt ready with an era under 2 in june and our cloer was 15 of 24 finally at the allstar break i got a chance to close and went 17 of 19
