I saw it happen a couple days ago. I threw the ai out at first on a close play and the player got right in the ump's face and was arguing with him. The ump listened for a moment then tossed him.

I've seen it once. Is there anyway to argue on your own? There is an ump that cost me a save the other day that I wanted to erupt on.

Jose Lopez was (correctly) called out on a play at 1st that wasn't all that close and was ejected. He just yelled at the umpire some and then was tossed.

I was getting blown out, though, so it wasn't a big deal...

I have gotten thrown out for plunking A-Rod twice in a game. Pitcher shrugged his shoulders as to say, "why?" very cool.

haven't gotten the game yet, but i hope to get it this weekend

anyways, in the demo Longoria was arguing a very close force at second (he was safe, saw on the replay) and he was talking and the ump started to just walk away so Evan followed him and started waving his hands in the air. Ump turned around... TOSSED!

Yes. Furcal was tossed for arguing a close play at first.

Fukudome got thrown out of one of my games which I thought was pretty funny. Especially since he speaks limited English and still has to have a translator. I wonder what he was saying to the umpire.

Jed Lowrie got tossed the other day when he was arguing with the ump about being safe at first. Funny part was, he was this passionate in the first inning ... LOL

Agreed. I think it's more common on called third strikes than on the bases.

My RTTS player argued an out call at first base and got tossed in the first inning. Luckily there's a nice bug that doesn't notice this and I stayed in the game and finished it out going 3 for 4 with 3 RBI's.

I wasn't ejected, but it was close. I was hitting in RTTS, groundball in the hole between 2nd and 1st, 2nd baseball dives, throws to first, gets me by a step. 1st baseman is pumping his fist, 2nd baseman is on his knees pumping his fist, and I walk over to the ump to tell him off. I didn't get ejected, but I chewed out by my manager after the game.

I threw nick swisher out at first in spring training game and he argued and got thrown out. Guess he thinks spring training games mean alot haha.
