Got a cheat code for RTTS, wackiness ensues!

The unthinkable happened yesterday, and I found cheat codes for this game (Codebreaker for PS2) to make my RTTS player a superman with all maxed out abilities. So I get through spring training (White Sox), and they offer me a contract. $45M over 4 years, to do what? To warm the bench in AA. I'm @#$%ing serious! I proceed to have Barry Bonds juiced up to the gills type stats in AA. And all season I keep getting told things like "you're ready for AAA, I know. But we still think you'd benefit from a little bit more seasoning here. All in due time."

So my AA team wins the championship, and during the off season (I'm just simulating this whole time just to find out what happens if you have maxed out abilities this early on) the White Sox buy my contract from their AA team. I'm on the White Sox 40 Man Roster!! Yippee!!

Before I started RTTS, I put all HOF players on the White Sox roster. At some point the White Sox start unloading players left and right. I'm wondering what's up with this, so I look at the player cards for some of the other guys on my team. I'm making $11M a year, and guys like Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Cy Young, are making less than $1M a year. They had to trim salary to make room for my epic contract. I'm sure Babe Lou and Cy couldn't be too happy about this. Its like last season when A-Rod's salary was more than the entire Florida Marlins roster put together, except in my case I'm A-Rod and I'm on the Marlins (well the White Sox, but you know what I mean).

So if you ever wondered what happens if your RTTS player had maxed out abilities early in the game, wonder no more. Another one of life's great mysteries revealed!

they know you cheated, so they are keeping you in AA

and stats mean nothing, you have to complete your goals
