You just have to be on the lookout. A thread is normally posted on here and you need to submit your name and pronunciation of it before the game is released or before the deadline. Keep on checking back and the Devs are great about gathering the names from the forum and putting them in the game. My name made the cut this year. A patch won't put your name in the game.
