So I'm about to start a CL RTTS, yes I know its tough...

So I'm thinking..

2SFB, Circle Change, Forkball.. and fourth I have no idea.

I'mma take your advice, cuz I've heard your the guru for this game lol.

But does a forkball and slider break the same way?

if so what could I replace the forkball with?

Hmm, thats tough. I'd add a Cutter or a Running Fastball, I forget which way they break, but att the one that breaks opposite of the 2-seamer.

I looked at your guide and it says a cutter and running fastball break opposite ways..

So I think I'mma go with

Cutter
Running Fastball
Circle Change
Slider.

Looks good to me. You have some speed, some off-speed, and a great strikeout pitch.

that is the perfect combo for a closer. right now i have 3 of those, have yet to add the slider. Later on you could add whatever you want. I'd probably say a curve would be best.

no they don't. running fastball breaks straight right(RH pitcher), and cutter straight(and a little bit )down to the left. circle change breaks like a 2-seamer down and away.

this is a good setup for starting pitchers. however remember you are playing a closer. 4seam with high h/9 is pretty dominating, especially early on when you have to limit your points. with the other two fastballs you need a reasonable amount of break which is not needed for the 4sfb.

2seam, slider, 12-6, RFB for me is the best.

Or you could always do it the Mariano Rivera way.. Cutter, 4-Seam, 2-Seam
