I've played the socks off this game since release but only three times have I encountered the baserunning training. How does it work? Even if I get caught stealing my aggression and ability go up sometimes. But how do I get my speed to increase?

ive been building a CF for base stealing. i noticed at one point during the training after i successfully stole 4-5 times in a row, my speed increased.
honestly i havent been worrying about it. i put all my spring training points into speed and got it to 70 for AA. i found that it didnt help my base stealing much. once i was able to do the training a couple of times and later put extra points into aggressiveness and ability, then i was gettting more consistancy stealing.
when you put points into base running aggressiveness and baserunning ability, you train speed a secondary stat. so thats how i have been increasing my speed.Comment
