Battery and umpire animations look good. I wonder if they smoothed out or re-captured the catcher's animation(s) immediately after a foul ball when pitching from the outfield camera. I was hoping to see one, but no dice...

I wish the camera would zoom out so we could see the pop up

I got seasick from how jumpy the camera operator was...

Thanks for the find and as always, the game looks outstanding.

              Texiera's stance - very nice

Matt - "Dave Kingman type pop up" - Good stuff

Two handed catch on the popup - nice and clean in the animation

Fenway - very pretty (score and bill boards out in right and on the monster) and they'll probably be cleaning that up more as well
OS Longtime Lurker - Extremely occasional OS Poster

Another year, and here we go again.

                Thanks.

I wonder if Russell gets tired of repeating the same thing over and over to people? He's probably going to talk about that new catchers mode over a hunder times. haha.

The game is looking great. Thanks developers.

Haha, tell me about it. That guy must have been too excited about the game that he had the shakes!

Could have also been due to a very long night in Vegas.

Wow, even with the blurry/shaky cam the game still looks amazing. I'm liking the "real time presentation" after the put out. This footage is what's keeping me warm on this cold & snowy day in the Hudson Valley.

See, I don't think they should zoom out like that, it would be way too zoomed out. I think that they should have some algorithm, saying "if it's below X height, zoom out" or "if it's going X feet, zoom out" for fly balls deep into the outfield, etc.

You don't see them zoom out on pop ups in real life broadcasts, so this shouldn't be any different.

There is nothing more frustrating sometimes, than people who cant hold a camera from shaking, or at least get a camera that has the anti shake tech built in.
