I have played SCEA MLB's titles for over 6 years and I never got this

what's the point of Alternative jerseys for teams such as the Yankees? teams that don't have Alt. jerseys?

there always the same as the Home, Road ones.

can anyone help me out here? what's the difference?

They must put the slot in for every team.
The Yankees do not have them.....so they have the same uni in those places.
There is no difference...it's just....the way it is.

The Yankees and the Cardinals are the only teams that don't wear a third jersey.

They have to have the option in the game since every other team has an alternate so that is the only reason they have it as an option for the Yankees and Cards on the uniform select screen.

I think the Cards alternate option makes them wear their navy hats with the red brim and the bird logo.

I didn't check on the game so I have no idea, I basically just threw them out there because they are 1 of 2 teams that don't wear alternate jerseys during the season.

I haven't selected the alternative jersey for the Yankees in 09 since March but if I do remember correctly

wasn't the alternative jersey (w/o the 09 inaugural season patch)?
