Re: RTTS pitch stats
Balances things out, so you aren't throwing a 99 mph fastball and a 80 mph changeup.
Logic goes if you have the arm power to throw one pitch fast, all pitches should be faster in comparisonComment

Re: RTTS pitch stats
i think this is a bug(andrew pettite shouldn't beat you with a 93 mph fastball) or something, i will pm russell and post this in the bugs/glitches threadLive, Love, Learn
and Play Basketball
I live in a word where I give respect to get it back.
I'm not owed anything by anyone.Comment

Re: RTTS pitch stats
the original post is saying that he has his velocity maxed out and is only throwing a 92 mph fastball, the point of the thread is that he cant get his player to throw a 99 mph fastball.Comment

Re: RTTS pitch stats
Weird... I don't remember it being like that in '09, which I thought was a welcomed change from '08. But my pitcher only has a 60 velocity rating right now so we'll see what happens when I raised that a little.Comment

I thought that was proven wrong, but I don't remember for certain.Comment

Re: RTTS pitch stats
Of course, the easiest way to test this is to Create a new player (not RTTS), so you can set the stats manually, instead of having to train points. Then you can play around with them, and see which stats need to be adjusted to get the desired effect.Comment
