    In-season contract extensions

I cannot find where I can re-work contracts during in-season play. You know, "manage contracts."

Considering the contract situation on the game; so many 1-year deals. I'd rather seal up obvious re-signings during the season to get them done with and not have to worry about them in the off-season.

    Where can I find this?

you cannot resign players during the season. Hopefully this, along with hiring/firing coaches midseason, will be added in the future.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

I wish it were in the game. That would cure MOST of the problems imo with the players being traded, and placed on trade waivers.

        Release them and re-sign them.
There is plenty of money in every teams budget to cover the release cost.

Knight, I'm sure you've tried this, or would be able to before I can, but if you release guys with one-year deals, (as I'm assuming Joe Mauer has) and then try to re-sign them, are their asking prices generally very large like we've seen in past games?

I guess what I'm trying to ask is if it will cause a team to be cash-strapped come FA?

          Thanks.
