A real review, agree with a lot of it. However did leave out some of the major changes this year that add that more detail to what is a great game already.

I've only bunt singled with Juan Pierre 1-2 times in this game. Other times, it was a sacrifice. If I can't get a bunt single with Pierre all the time, then one else can with their players either.

This is just another classic example of "don't believe everything you read". Because I've played about 10 games of exhibition and franchise and I haven't seen anyone climb the wall and catch the ball yet. Also, I have yet to see the CF throw anyone out at home plate. I have however, seen the CPU bunt for a single but, that was during RTTS and I was the third-baseman so, it was more because of user error.

Word of advice: Don't believe everything you read. Especially if it's a Gamestop reader review because more than likely they have some sort of agenda.

The only valid concerns you can take out of that pathetic diatribe was that the animations in the stands are a little ridiculous (i.e., you really do see everyone in the stadium with the same character models doing the exact same animations at the same time, which sticks out quite a bit) and the Trade logic has been pretty wonky in the past, although I haven't tested it out this year; however, in the past trades like the one he mentioned were possible, which is annoying. All in all, these things are so minor in comparison with everything that this game does well...

- I have exactly one bunt single and one robbed HR in about 10 full games of play.

- I notice the difference between players in all aspects of the game

- Have yet to have any freeze of any kind

- The graphics are the best I have ever seen in any game for and console

- I have had scores ranging the spectrum. I have won 9-1, lost 9-6 (bullpen blew it) won 3-1, lost 4-3. Nothing feels fake, everything feels earned.

I'm planning on picking this game up today. Sounds like this guy is just blindly trashing the game for some reason. Any points in this review valid? The part about attributes at the end concerns me if true.

Well he is right about the commentary, the fans (even though they look great), and trades. But the rest of his review was horrible.

But

at him saying the graphics sucks? As opposed to what? Real life? What is this guy smoking. This game is one of the best looking sports games ever.

His 7th point is valid. This has happened to me on every Show I've owned, '08, '09, and '10. It doesn't happen every time, but like 9 out of 10 times it locks my PS3 up to bring up the XMB and hit quit game. It's not a huge deal, it just locks up and reboots, but it's slightly annoying that this has not worked right in at least 3 seasons.
