Warm up pitches

Hey guys. What's your strategy for throwing your eight warm up pitches?

For me, throwing mostly fast balls seems to warm them up faster. Is there some sort of strategy to it?

I throw what the catcher calls so I can build up the confidence on those pitches...

didn't know the catcher calls the warmup pitches? i just throw whatever. does it look like actually making strikes increases the blue bar for the pitch thrown?

Yes, throwing strikes increases the confidence.

Usually fastball and slider, since I end up using them most in the game.
