Game makers in the game

Hey, in the game several of the game makers are on the team's 40 man roster. Such as:
Jody Kelsey
Tawn Kramer
Ramone Russell
Kolbe Laughbaunch
I don't know if this a game maker, but Tim Flier and Tuan Flier.
Any I forgot?
Who else thinks they shouldn't do this? It is slightly annoying to be in the 2013 player draft and still see these names being drafted.

there's quite a few. i think unless your doing rosters you really don't notice it.

The Diamondbacks have a couple such as Tyler Crook, Lee Edler( braves maybe) 3b omar canon

without them, there IS NO GAME!

i, for one, have no problem with it and theres always 2K10 to fall back on if you don't like what SCEA is doing, but i think telling them that they shouldn't be doing this is ridiculous

I guess I don't understand why you would have an issue with them using real names as opposed to seeing randomly created names used. Whats the difference?

They only reason they stand out to you is because they aren't fictitious characters as everyone else is, but really, whats the difference?

The names would be fake anyways, so if they want to fill those names with their own, more power to them.

I really don't care. I mean, I don't use actual minor leaguers anyways, so their being in the game doesn't hamper my experience in the slightest...except Brian Ma needs to start doing something productive in AA if he ever wants to make it to the Show.

I agree. cause i make myself and my friends. i wish i could completely edit them but i can't so before releasing them from their team edit their ratings to all 0's and release them no big deal

Chris Cutliff on the angels, lol, he's been there since 07 i think, i always see him on the Arkansas Travelers (he actually saved my behind on 5 occasions in 2010 this year, lol)(heck, he caught the final out of my perfect game too)

I used to beg to have them editable...but with plenty of FA's on the list who are fake and editable...swapping them out is a simple task if it bothers you.

Hey guys this actually doesn't bother me at all. I was just saying. It doesn't change my view on the game at all, and I agree if it did affect someone's opinion, that would be crazy.

Just deleted around 42 fake players in total from the 40-man roster. A lot were on the Cardinals and Twins, I think. Though I didn't see Kolbe so it might be different for everyone?
