Franchise Game Frozen on Menu Screen after Injury..HELP!

I am playing a game in my Reds franchise and am currently beating the Cardinals 6-4 in the bottom of the 5th.

Edinson Volquez just got hurt with an injury and it took me to the bullpen. I accidentally hit O to back out to the main menu and now it seems to be locked there. The scroll is still moving across the top of the screen and the sound is still working, but when I press any of the buttons on my controller I get no response.

Just wondering if anyone has encountered this and if there is a workaround before I quit this game.

I am going assume that you are stuck and will have to quit the game. You usually can't recover from bull pen freezes. On a good note, at least Volquez won't be injured after all.

This blows. It's been a fun game actually. You're right, Volquez won't be injured, but Wainwright probably won't give up 3 home runs and 6 runs in 4 innings either, lol.

        I think it's been posted in Bugs/Glitches.
