Losing the bat

has anyone had it happen yet? i remember in 09 i had it happen a few times (i was watcing the one angels game where Erick Eybar swung and the bat almost flew 10 feet past the first base coach, lol) but i havent seen it in 10 yet, and i've played quite a few games. i mean, it was pretty funny to see the batters reaction, but i just havent seen it

yeah, i had it happen to me 5 or so times in 09, havent had it happen in 10 yet, i dont know if they took it out or not, i thought it was funny when it happened

Its in this years version as well, I saw it happen once. It is pretty funny because it catches you off guard

Speaking of that, I saw Aaron Rowand lose his bat against me during a franchise game today. When I get the chance I will upload the replay.

I've seen it twice in this years. Once to my RTTS batter, on an inside swing through. And the other was a CPU batter.

I have had it happen a few times on this years version as well.
And speaking of Aybar, could there be a worse fielder than him in the game??? The guy is good for at least 1 error EVERY game. The guy constantly boots routine ground balls so much that I hold my breath every time a ball is hit his way.

billy butler just did it in my last game vs the royals. I threw a change up down and in and he swung and it went flying into the stands....then they did the show motion replay of it

After playing 09 for around 150 games in a franchise didn't see it, but then saw it last week. Tigers vs. Nats, I threw a max effert fastball up and in on Adam Kennedy and the bat went about 5 rows back past the first base dugout. To add to this, that night the real Adam Kennedy launched his bat into the stands.

Happened to me in 09 but not yet in 10.

I knew it was possible, but I've never seen it happen in 09 or 10, and ive played hundreds of games in franchise and RTTS. What am I doing wrong?
