I think I posted this in the impression thread when the demo came out, but I think a nice addition would be to allow each player to calibrate the analog with his/her own natural thumb movement (much like you need to do with Move). For me, it's bottom left to top right. If I can assign that to be the "center", then moving slightly offset from that position would be much easier.
