    Lineup HELP

I am playing as Cinci and I have my lineup set up as follows
    1. Drew Stubbs .290 4 HRs
    2. Scott Rolen .250 3 HRs
    3. Joey Votto .380 17 Hrs
    4. Jay Bruce .330 6 Hrs
    5. Brandon Phillips .240 5 HRs
    6. Johnny Gomes .270 7 HRs
    7. Yonder Alonso .300 2 HRs
    8. Edgar Renteria .260 4 HRS
    9. Pitcher

I am in mid-May and Just brought up Alonso in late April
But, I can't figure out where to bat Rolen and Phillips and Renteria for most production. Any tips

    Re: Lineup HELP

Do you have Yonder Alonso catching?

That would be a problem for your defense, as Yonder is a first baseman all the way (although he is getting a look in leftfield at AAA).

I am rockin the Reds this year and will use the following lineup

    Stubbs/CF
    Phillips/2b
    Votto/1b
    Gomes/LF
    Bruce/RF
    Rolen/3b
    Hernandez/Hannigan/C
    Janish/Renteria/SS
    Pitchers Spot

        Re: Lineup HELP

        I ended up moving going
        Stubbs .290
Castro (aquired from Chicago for 3 A pot that were Ds overall) .210
        Bruce .300
        Votto .380
        Phillips batting .264
        Alonso .340
        Gomes .300
        Rolen batting .222
        Pitcher
Votto currently leads the NL with 31 hrs through June.
Also yes Alonso is catching as he has for me for two months and after starting out with bad defense and with a lot of training he has turned out very, very well defensively plus he is batting .342 with 8 hrs and 30 RBIs not at all bad. He also has a decent arm and has thrown out many fast runners.
