It seems like whatever I do, whether it's changing the sliders or difficulty level, there are too many hits and runs scored during each game. Almost all of the game I have played have been high scoring. Each team usually gets around 12-15 hits and 7-12 runs per game, and it's usually a home run fest as well. Anyone else noticing this?

LOL.....I have had 6 str8 games now where the opposite is happening....VERY very low scores and VERY few hits.
I had 3 games in a row all end 2-0 (i won 1 and lost 2) with a total of 5 hits combined.
I played 1 game last night where both pitchers (Cain V Santana) both had a no-hitter going into the 7th! I lost in the 9th 1-0!
5 Str8 games without any HRs as well for both meand the CPU.
Power outage? IDk..... I play on All-Star, but as soon as i hit MAY, just about every game i play feels like Cy Young V Catfish Hunter.....Comment

Yeah, it varies for me. Ton of runs/hits in the game I played last night, but the previous few games I played I struggled, and it has been up and down for the CPU.Comment

Just up the hitting difficulty, or lower the pitching. I started opening day with the Rockies with hitting on veteran, ended with it on Hall Of Fame, I'm still trying to find a correct level to fit me.Comment

I noticed too many on Veteran, but on All-Star I get about 5-7 hits a game. I had a 14 inning game with the Yankees that ended 3-2.Comment

Try using the old hitting way (with hot zones) instead of analog.
I knew this was going to happen with the new analog batting. There is zero challenge when all you have to do is meet the ballComment

I seem to get a lot of hits but not a lot of runs. It seems like every double is with 2 outs and then I ground outLA Angels

I totally agree man this game sucks because of that. If only there was some sort option to increase the difficulty, or even an option that controlled how much power your offense had. But no, none of that exists in lame old MLB The Show...Comment

I get a lot of variation, but the average ia pretty realistic. My only problem right now is that 3 of my starters have horrible averages while a few have averages that are unrealistically high. I'm pretty confident that they will even out over the season.
