These have to be the simplest to make. It baffles me why they didn't just release all teams or why they haven't made any updates.

PSN outage caused issues with all PSN content releases. The other 20 avatars will be up within in the next week or so.

If i buy the stadium add ons, does anyone know if those old stadiums show up in RTTS?? it would be cool to play in them as my player tries to make to the bigs

No, but you can use them in the other modes (unless I'm mistaken otherwise).

No update this week on Tuesday. Is the store still doing bi-weekly updates? So maybe today? If not, hopefully next Tuesday is the day...
