I just decided to mess around with Legend. I played my first game, only pitching to see what it would be like, Matt Garza vs the Royals, lost 8-6. Played the same game and got to the bottom of the 9th and noticed that I had a no hitter going. I ended up getting the final 3 outs and threw my first career no hitter! I didn't know if I had it because of a player that was bobbled by Barney up the middle but it was ruled an error. I couldn't believe it because it is so hard to pitch on Legend. I guess anything is possible on this game!

First thought I had when reading the post lol. To be fair, he did note that there was a batted ball that was counted as an error, so he could have very well thought he had a one-hitter going.
Off-topic...go Yanks this weekend, hopefully Garza doesn't do that this weekend

I saw this thread earlier and was playing my franchise. I just traded for Wandy Rodriguez and his first start, guess what. I throw a no-hitter! I was also playing on legend!Note to self: BUY MADDEN 12*

I've taken no-hitters into the 8th without realizing. If you give up walks or dropped-strike-error thingies, it all just blends together. When I'm pitching in the 7th and I'm thinking about the 3rd inning where the opposing team had two runners on, I assume I have given up a hit at some point.
Anyway congratulations, I have yet to pitch a no hitter, even on all star or hall of fame lol.Comment

Good job man!! I have yet to throw a no hitter/ perfect game in any of my baseball games!!! The closest I got was last year with *gasp* Oliver Perez. I forgot who I played but I walked 1 early in the game. The no no was intact and Vasgersian kept saying things about it!! Im like shut the bleep up already your gonna jinx me. Then 8 2/3rds one last out, the guy slaps a grounder up the middle right past a stretching Luis Castillo!! I was so pissed!! Finished with a CG 1 hit shutout =(.
Glads those bums are off my team now!!!M

Congratulations!
I pitch on veteran (yeah, I know. This game is hard) The closest I've ever gotten is 4 2/3 which really isn't anything haha. I did get 12 strikeouts with Grienke in that game thoughHoosiersPacersPhilliesRavens

Congrats. I've only thrown 1 no hitter in any game, and that was Sammy Sosa's High Heat Baseball back on PS1. Don't think I've even sniffed a no-no in any of the recent Show games.Comment
