Re: No Hitter or Perfect Game

I had a perfecto through the bottom of the ninth in online play...

With a 3-2 count, he bunted, and beat it out. I hit his next batter in the head, intentionally.

I threw a No-no in RTTS, though.

Re: No Hitter or Perfect Game

i pitched a perfect game in RTTS when i was on the altoona curve. During the whole game it never crossed my mind, I had a movie goin on my laptop next to the TV and just kind kept pitching, next thing I know Matt V starts going off about a perfect game and my pitcher was getting mauled by the team on the mound. Ever since I havent come close.

Re: No Hitter or Perfect Game

I threw a no-hitter with Fausto Carmona in MLB 08 The Show. Nothing since.

But with Alex White on the Indians in my franchise I went 7 innings with a perfect game before they bunted to ruin it!

Re: No Hitter or Perfect Game

I threw the first perfect game in Cardinals history with Kyle Lohse vs. the Jays.

How did I do it? I don't know, it just happened. Luck I guess. I actually almost lost it all on the last batter. Pinch hitter, Corey Patterson, almost hit a homer, but it drifted foul. He flew out on the next pitch.

Re: No Hitter or Perfect Game

Got a perfecto in RTTS two years ago. Last year I had one going with Jonathan Sanchez into the ninth. 8.1 perfect innings and then the usual hit by the number 8 hitter. My heart was beating so fast and I was sweating like crazy during the Sanchez game. I think getting one with a real pitcher would be more gratifying. But it's exciting nonetheless. Grrrrr.....I want that Sanchez game back.

Re: No Hitter or Perfect Game

Well today I took a perfect game into the 8th inning of work.

Then with two outs on a 2-2 count I throw low out side trailing In to hideki matsui and its gone. I think the CPU knows and they need not only a hit but a run.

But I think I can het it done again. Just have to wait till jered weavers next start.

IMO online perfect games are not that great due to the fact no one knows who's on the other side. Just my opinion.

Re: No Hitter or Perfect Game

I pitched a Opening Day No No with Johan Santana in MLB 10, I have yet to pitch a Perfect Game.
