Adding Beltran to my team in franchise

Already into my season and I want Beltran on my team. How can i move him to the Giants? There is no way the Mets will trade with me .... I tried and they are in contention so is there a way to move him to the team somehow?

Man, you shoulda done total team control of all 30 teams..may not be able to do much about it now..
Check out my three critically acclaimed dynasties in the Dynasty HQ section:

Run For The Playoffs - A Louisville Bats AAA dynasty

Gimmie A Hell! Gimmie A Yeah! - This is Blue Mountain State Football.

Single-A Baseball on The Show? Un-Flocking-Believable! - Go Myrtle Beach Pelicans!

Even if 30 team control is off, try doing the trade. I am sure the Mets would love Wheeler for Beltran. If they deny the trade, you have the ability to manually decrease all Beltrans attributes, and increase Wheeler to 99 everything. Once approved, put them back to normal.

      Go Giants!!!

Isn't there a force trade option?

I think it has to be activated before the season starts.

Can you edit attributes during the season? I thought you can only edit apperances and crap..

I always edit pitch speeds mid season; and that is an attribute. I make sure I am not going against a guy with a 52mph knuckleball and a 99mph fastball. I assume you can also edit things like contact and power.

I wrote down the attributes of Beltran and then I decreased them to nothing in every category, then find a fake but very highly rated Minor Leaguer and increase his attributes to 99's across the board. Then once the trade is completed, go back to Beltran and put his attributes back to where they were at. And you can't forget the Minor Leaguer because he'll be winning MVP's for the next few years if you don't.

This is what i would do as well, but beware that sometimes even if you make someone a 99 overall, the other team still doesn't want him b/c he won't fill a need. Obviously it would be best to make him a CF as well.
