Are those fans from the actual ballparks from within the game itself???

It's not a glitch but an unlockable feature. It has been there since 09 I believe.

Yep. Had to buy it in 09, unlock it by getting one of the trophies (Around the World?) in 10, so how do we get it in 11? Gamefaqs doesn't even have it listed.
