Excitement level is for MLB 12 The Show?

Was just wondering what everyones excitement level is for MLB 12 The Show?

I know this sounds crazy but sometimes I can not even fall a sleep at night because all I can think about is what new features will be added to MLB 12 The Show. I just keep thinking to myself wow if only Sony would add this and that this game is going to be the bomb! Not that it already isn't.

When I was an 8 year old kid playing Atari baseball I always hoped someday I would be able to play a video games of baseball that looks just like the real thing and I am proud to say Sony has made that happen!

My excitement level is a 10+

I hope some of the new features added will make my jaw drop!

When I hear you can finally save exhibition games and that there will be some sort of MLB Today feature my excitement level will increase tenfold

The Show is about the only sports game that I play now-a-days. I hope that they'll have the outfield improvements at the Ballpark in Arlington, and the rest of the improvements will be more icing on the cake.

Definitely more excited than I ever am for any other game, especially since I don't really spend money on any other game. Last time I bought a non-baseball game was February. It's still in the plastic, sitting on my shelf.

The Show 11 was my first year with the franchise. I am totally addicted to this game and at the same time, I am not looking forward to 12 all that much. I am still knee deep in this years game. I dont see any major improvements to make as the game is about perfect as it is.

My excitement level is pretty high. My team is the Indians, which leads me to my only worry, which is that I'm pretty sure they'll be even worse in the show 12 than they are in 11 regardless of the fact that they had a far better season this time around. But they are definitely going to nerf Ubaldo Jimenez since his season this year was pretty bad. And the Indians don't have sizemore anymore. Which means our offense will most likely be completely useless .

Oh well, i'll still take them to the world series and win two full seasons in a row.

The little things always get me to buy this game. Just the random things they add to the games that make you go wow.

So for me it's a 10/10

Yeah, I don't forsee 12 being a huge change from 11. That's not a bad thing, though.

I have to disagree with you guys. Auto fielding and auto base running need a serious improvement. CPU fielder ratings need to mean what it says. CPU pitchers coming off the mound like Michael Bourn need correction. CPU base runners with less speed than User base runners should not be getting that extra burst of speed leaving the box. What is sorely needed are separate sliders for User and CPU regarding fielding, base running, etc. Presentation needs improvement.

I hope there is a significant change in 12 from 11, and then my excitement level would be very high.

Not too excited until they upgrade the terrible commentary and bland presentation aspect of the game. When I see that, then I'll be hyped up.

I agree...bland commentary ...poor stat displays ...a total lack of stats...if they change this I may purchase it. Please include random pitch counts like all star baseball did.

Well, on a scale of 1-10 using this past MLB season as a measuring tool.

With 1 being the Red Sox **** collapse and 10 being the cinderella [and then some] storybook run of the Cards, I'd say my hype meter is at 7 [Granderson's MVP caliber year]

But I am with adfletch and liftheavy, Presentation, stats and the like need an upgrade or its a continuation of my 10 franchise for me. I can hang another year if I had to and use 2k12 as a [expensive] backup.
