Thanks for the heads up. If I can't get it early from some store in town, I'll take a bunch of old games (NCAA 12, MLB 11, etc.) to Gamestop and cash in on this deal.

Lol I'm so jealous of all the people who have places that even might get the games early...no place in Charlotte seems to be a mom and pop...the ones that are seem to only sell used games.

I think 1 but they don't pay much. They are selling 11 used for like 29 I think. Maybe you could get 10 if you're lucky I dunno. No sense in keeping 11 if 12 is as good as some are saying it is. Might check on the way home tomorrow.

Try checking out places that aren't doing well right now. I know this place that has very poor management/sales and would gladly bend the rules for my purchase. I'm going to check in there Tuesday or Wednesday this week.

By the way, this is no family electronics shop--it's a retail store.

Best Buy is offering an even better trade in deal. Right now they are giving an extra 50 percent for trade-ins.

Try checking out places that aren't doing well right now. I know this place that has very poor management/sales and would gladly bend the rules for my purchase. I'm going to check in there Tuesday or Wednesday this week.

Sweet, and they are offering better trade-in values too. I didn't even know they did trade-ins, but thanks to you, I will be trading in MLB 11, NHL 11, and CoD MW2 for a grand total of $33. Not great, but hell, it's 3 games I will never touch in about a week from now.

I'd love to say I'd take advantage of these deals, but something tells me I'm going to be making my midnight trip to Walmart. Call it a mixture of impatience and/or excitement.

Awesome, I'll probably buy from Best Buy then.

I don't know if its a country wide thing, but to trade in games at game stop, it takes about 30 mins because of the new laws in effect around here.

I got $33 for MW3 last week with this deal. $9 for MLB 11.

And next Feb. I'm sure I will get the same for BLOPs 2 and MLB 12.

Where do you trade the games in at best buy? I've never seen a specific spot...anyone?
