This. Didn't mention anything about ball physics, nothing about game modes, but whatever, it's their opinion. Really, was just more happy to see a bit more gameplay footage before tomorrow

Well it isn't a great rehash of COD-MW3 ( 9.0- 9.5 ) so there can't be anything new for MLB12 so the Show gets a 7.5 and that's the way to be an objective reviewer.

I thought he gave a pretty good and honest review, but then he gives it a 7.5. He wasn't even dogging the game at all. I was expecting him to say something like 8.5 or 9.0.

I know it sounded like a pretty positive review never really gave many negatives. Maybe they made a mistake with the posted score.

So sad, one only needs to see the impressions thread to see that this game is the best EVER this series has ever had.

These scores are just comical now in these corporate sites. Not COD, not rated high.

Honestly I never put much stock in reviews from gaming sites because to me (especially with sports games) its alwyas in the eye of the beholder. I havent gotten 12 yet but from the videos and actual baseball fans/purists reviews I have heard all I need to know. Heck...when I heard the ball physics and bat sounds were updated a few months back I was all in. LOL Taking points from game sites soley is like asking a dentist his opinion on being a cardiac surgeon...he has no clue because hes A. not interested and B. its not his feild anyways. Same goes for these sites...they have no clue on what baseball is and half the time they could care less anyways. Too bad...12 looks to be the gold standard in which ALL sports games need to embody.
