EDIT: I'm going to be recreating this for this year. I think it's especially important since the default soundtrack has some fairly awful music on it.

This time I think I will be taking out some of the classic moments (like Don Larsen's perfect game) and replacing them with more songs (think "Meet the Mets" or "Baseball, Baseball, Ain't it a Dandy Ol' Game").

Any interest?

Ok, I have put together 18-20 mp3s that can be added to your mlb 08 soundtracks. There's some really cool stuff on there. Lots of old baseball songs and famous sound clips from baseball history.

Once I have it up, I will take requests. I would like to get it to where the list is big enough to where it can stand alone as a complete replacement to the games soundtrack now, if people desire.

Only problem is, I am a bit of a newbie when it comes to this stuff. Where should I upload the songs to?

Very nice collection of work man.

If there's one thing baseball has over all other sports is it's history and epic moments. It's cool to see a collection of a lot of those moments on one site.

Edit: I'm going to move this thread to the general SCEA forums. It's not strictly roster related and I think you'll get more feedback from that forum.

Yeah, I realized that after I created the thread. Sorry about that. I beat you to it though. I created one over there.

By the way, I have the songs converted to Mp3 and it sounds awesome.
