So I just did some trades in Franchise mode and this is my team now:
P Verlander
C Mauer
1B Pujols
2B Cano
SS Reyes
3B Beltre
RF Bautista
CF Ellsbury
LF Braun

Is this the best team possible or are there some better players?

I think he got it right with Reyes. He already has a lot of power, and having Reyes gives him a lead off guy with great speed.

Yeah it's a pretty good team.

I just realized kershaw is the best overall pitcher in this game bit verlander is a close second.

Bautista as DH and Kemp or Cargo in his spot in the outfield. Also, the top three are Kershaw, Verlander and King Felix.

The one big flaw with the trading system is that every team has interest in every player when in real life, they wouldnt...

Its a great team but is Beltre really the best 3B in the game??? fielding and hitting, hes the complete package... but for overall rating wouldnt Miguel Cabrera be better(hitting wise) or Evan Longoria... just throwing names out there...

I love Tulo and would take him over Reyes any day of the week, just leadoff with Ellsbury.

I think Hamilton should be in there somewhere, although its hard to really take off any of the 4 on there now.

And yes, Miguel Cabrera would be a better option at third, unless Braun can still play 3rd, in which case, Hamilton to left.
