Pitch guess question?

Does the specific pitch I guess matter?

That is, if a pitcher has a 2-seamer, 4-seamer, sinker, changeup, and curve...

If I guess a sinker and it is a 2-seamer, will my timing be better than if it were the curve, because the 2 seam and sinker are similar speeds?

Well I used the guess pitch feature. I know you get penalize for guessing the incorrect pitch. Yes 2SFB and the sinker are similar so I would say timing would be the same since they are both fastball pitches.
