Ok I’ll start maybe a stupid question. I rarely use online; one reason is I hate using the roster with the default batting stances. Will it be possible for us to use edit rosters in online match ups. I’m only strictly speaking of editing stances, motions, cleats, uniforms, etc. Not attributes.

For DD.

Will they ever add a feature where you will have the ability to play the CPU, while at the same playing another user's team?

NHL 12 had the technology where you could play the CPU, but at the same time, the CPU borrowed some user team that wasn't being used at the time. This allows people who have bad connections or just prefer playing the CPU to level up.

If they didn't add this, will playing the MLB teams controlled by the CPU allow us to level up and gain ratings and stuff for our players? Will we be allowed to be the home team when playing MLB teams? I prefer not to play head to head because of the poor connection. I'd much rather play the CPU.

Online Leagues - Do we have a true online franchise?? Basically everything that the offline franchise offers are we finally able to do in our online leagues which would make leagues a lot more meaningful and worth playing. Trades, drafts, progression, retirement, Free agents, etc.

Trading in MLB 12 with teams at 40 players and making one for one trades that would not go through unless teams were at 39 or less, nice to see this fixed or a prompt to make a necessary move.

Online Playoff mode now that playoff mode has been added?

Injuries that work along with 15/60 Day DL

Custom Cameras available for online?

Russell informed us of the player cyberface changes is this also for online leagues?

Online franchise goals?

Ability to play our online leagues via Vita for those on the go or away from PS3?

Online Co-OP would like to see it expanded to more users would be fun for leagues or community rivalries.

RTTS character available for online play or leagues?

Online HR Derby available from launch?

Will classic stadiums be back for online play?

Has catcher freeze been fixed on a dropped third strike?

Similar to above with the trades and teams at 40 teams if teams have more than 40 players on roster they are still able to play games, but games will not record unless 40 or under. Another prompt will alert teams of this error

Has online graphics been improved? I understand they water it down somewhat for connection purposes, but for those of us that only play online we shouldnt have to suffer

Does host (home team) settings over ride for both users ala catch position indicator off/on and swing/pitch off or on??

Joining leagues from within the game please delete leagues that are at least 30 days past the creation date. I still see leagues created in April and have to scroll through 100 pages of dead leagues.

Online graphics are a huge one. I only play online and when i see what the game looks like offline the difference is stark. If the network code could be better, or we get true dedicated servers, the grahics wouldn't have to suffer (they dont dk this in any other alorts titles) and maybe the lag and timing would be greatly improved.

2. Have the online matchup menus changed in any manner to help prevent users from "backing out" of an online head to head matchup?

3. Will users be able to carryover their Diamond Dynasty names and logos to 2.0?

4. Has the Grief reporting improved in a manner that would help crack down on unfair play?

5. In Diamond Dynasty, will there be a way to review stats of retired players?

6. In Diamond Dynasty will injuries be introduced?

7. Has the ability to accurately report game results been improved after a "Traffic Delay"?

8. Can the Online Pass still be used on multiple accounts or will we be required to purchase additional Online Passes for other PS3 accounts?

do you mean in the team select screen?? Why would you want that removed? I have TSN running while searching for games and look up gamercards to see who are the quitters and dont waste my time playing against them. If they remove this option, then they better give us a gamercard of our opponents to play, especially in play now

Yes, I'm asking if the team select/stadium select screens have been revamped in any manner.

I primarily play the DD mode and it can sometimes take a while to find a matchup. It's frustrating when you finally get a matchup and the opponent backs out because they feel they might be at a disadvantage. Players try to find the easiest ways to get a win.

Some reasons why someone may backout of a matchup:
1. Teams have been known to backout when they find out they will be facing a LHP.
2. Teams sometimes backout when they don't like your ballpark selection.
3. Teams will backout when they find out they are going to be facing someone with a higher ranking.

These are all pertaining to Diamond Dynasty.

1. Will there be alternate/third jerseys?

2. Will there be a DH this year, or at least rotate like they do with guess pitch? (some of us grew up with AL Baseball and prefer the DH).

3. Will MLB cards be stackable (if I get 3 Miguel Cabrera's can I turn it into 1 30 game gard?) Or at least keep running stats on MLB players you use more than once for ratings/fan support purposes

4. Will MLB card values change during the season? Or will they stay the same as the release day rosters? ie. last year Mike Trout started at an 80 rating. By the end of the year he would of probably been a mid 90's or above. That would allow people to invest in players at a low value in the card market and try to sell high laster in the season. Or it could go in reverse. Buy high and have cards decrease in value if a guy is having a horrible year.

If a batter PCI, beause its stands for and on screen is dipicting each hitters PLATE COVERGAE INDICATOR, comes in NO CONTACT, at all with the pitched ball location, no contAct ahould.be made. If people want to make contact let them place the PCI wherw the ball is pitched. center swinging is old, and dumbe the game down to center swinging.

This isn't really the thread for this, but the reason it is like this online is because it is usually played at lower settings. If everyone played on legend the majority of games would be 1-0 extra inning games because most people online aren't very good.

Online Leagues/Franchise:

In MLB 12 the minimum amount of players in a league is 6. Will there be a 2 player option? If yes, will we also be able to use the CPU teams to play each other throughout the season schedule?
