If so how? I wanna know rather I should put in a pinch hitter or not. I looked under pitcher analysis but all I saw was pitch count and the pitch breakdown

Pitch count... you probably need to go to the pitcher analysis screen, select your team and pitcher (as filters).

Don't remember about energy and confidence... can you not view these by going into the bullpen menu for your own team? You can manage bullpen while hitting.

I can only see info for the guys the bullpen when I'm at the bullpen screen.

I remember a couple guys asking for a way to view energy and confidence any time during the game.... so probably it's not possible in MLB 12.
