I know for the RttS pre order, it was a code so maybe they did the same thing for the 120 mil Franchise budget.

Yes, it was 12,000 points for RttS.

cool, just got off phone with them, he said yea, just as you, not totally sure why points are needed, but good to have them. im guess here on a side note, the points are for attributes maybe ? theres so much to this years game opposed to last years, im still trying to get caught up on all thr forum talk?

Yea, it used to beef up your player. Essentially, it gives you a head start on getting your RttS player in regards to your attributes. Most people here call it "HGH" for your player. Makes him better faster.
