Too Many Day Games?

Is it me or are there way too many day games in franchise mode? The first 9 games of my Twins franchise are all day games. I don't play a night game until my 10th game and then that's followed my 2 more day games. What's the deal with all the day games? The Twins have 17 day games in the month of April alone. Every Saturday and Sunday game is a day game and quite a few weekday games.

Wow I hope they didn't screw up the gametimes AGAIN. They did this last year and we had to wait until they patched it in order to start our franchises. That'd be super lame if they made the same mistaken for a second straight year...

Well I haven't looked but I highly doubt the Twins play 17 day games in the month of April.

EDIT: Twins only play 13 day games in April in real life.

The Twins are playing 13 days games this April because its freaking cold outside in Minnesota. Especially in April, and at night.

I just went through the Twins schedule and it matches up perfectly with their real life schedule, minus one start time against the Mets on a Sat. that starts at 4:00pm in real life while the game has it starting at 12:10pm. I don't see an issue here.

I did a quick check of the first 15 games, and the game's schedule matches the real-life schedule for all games except the Saturday, April 13 game vs. Mets... The game has it listed as a 12:05 start, when its tentatively a 3:10 start. The reason it's off is because it's most likely a regionally televised game. Day game regardless though.

Thats probably because its the FOX game of the week and they tend to change the start times.

Ok. Thanks. I'm just not used to seeing a team play that many day games in one month. I just thought it seemed to many.

I have the opposite problem. In my season mode, 95% of the games are at night.

I'd like to know how well the day and night games match up.

Cozybean gave the first two months for the Cubs and they got the day and night games right, just not the start times.

As long as the day and night games are correct I think that is pretty good, but it seems like maybe this is not accurate for all teams?

I don't understand why everyone just doesn't go MLB.com and look at their teams schedules to see if it is correct or not.

Well it's not correct on the Twins. It's close 17 to 13 but not correct. But I didn't know the Twins would play that many day games early in the season because of the cold. I'm used to watching the Braves play and they have very few day games. Heck Opening Day this year for the Braves isn't even a day game.
