For you RTTS pitchers out there

What is your favorite pitch and what pitching style (wind-up/stretch) do you use?

Just like last year, I'm all about the sweeping curve. 88 velocity, 75 control, 89 break. I use it just about in any count, high/low doesn't matter. It's one of the few pitches if mixed in properly I rarely get burned with.

I've also been using the John Danks delivery. For some reason I'm biased towards a windup where the pitcher keeps his glove on the same plain. Also his stretch move is really quick which works for me because often I'm shaking my head in disbelief (a la AJ Burnett) that I gave up a base hit on an 0-2 count with a ball out of the strike-zone so I want to just throw fb's right threw the next guy.

So again, what pitches do you guys like and what delivery's do you like?

I also like the curve, but in the minor leagues it's so easy to get guys chasing the curve outside of the zone but in majors they don't chase. So, now I'm in the Majors getting hammered every start with my fastball and terrible sinker.

This year I went a bit different with my personal RttS guy and became a primary sinker-ball picture. With that said, my high heat secondary pitch is now my favorite. I love to run that sucker high and inside and get a young kid to buckle at it.

My windup is Nolan Ryan's for obvious reasons.

I used King Felix's delivery for awhile, but I just switched to Vance Worley's and I love it.

Anyway, my go-to pitch is my slider (90 velocity, 85 control, 95 break). I use it almost as much as I use my fastball, and I've juiced it up to the point where it is nearly unhittable when I keep it down. After that, I have to go with the sweeping curve. It has gotten me out of A LOT of jams.

I love the Slider or the Cutter, both of them I have been dominant with! My pitching delivery favorite is Josh Johnson because it is fast, I hate when I have to hold the button down forever to get the delivery over! I play with JJ's because it's fast and I want to get through games, don't want to waste time with my wind up and delivery!

I use Wie Yen Chen because he's pretty much my favorite pitcher in MLB 13. His arm angle gives so much break on my slurve plus he can light up a radar gun that way. 6'1" lefty starter. 4 seam , slurve , and a circle change. Circle change gets rocked literally every time. I went with a balanced approach and raised it's ratings but no help lol
I play MLB exclusively with my cousin. Usually looking for info on Franchises. We played minor league baseball as 9-10 YOs on the Zephyrs.

                    Splitter & 12-6 curve,
                    Peter Moylan delivery.

Mine has been A.J Cook, I created him way back in 2007.

I've used the Greg Maddux pitching style, he throws left handed.

In 2007, I had him with a rising fastball-circle change and a curve.

I went on to go 7-15 with a 3.99 ERA with him between Tampa Bay & Minnesota.

Since 2008, I scraped that whole arsenal and went a different route. I added him a sinker-changeup-curve & a cutter.

He owns a career record of 63-69 so far through 2012, I've yet to complete his season in 2013.

I've noticed that a running fastball is pretty deadly. RIght now I have a Running fastball, Splitter, and a circle change. I haven't decided on a fourth pitch yet but I'm leaning towards a slurve or a sweeping curve. Two deliveries I like are Justin Masterson and Ian Kennedy.

Made a RTTS pitcher the other day, got drafted by the Nationals. I couldn't decide on a motion I really liked. Right now I'm using Roy Halladay's, I was previously using Matt Garza's. I may change again, I'm not quite sure.

I'm using a 4 pitch mix right now, a cutter, slurve, 2 seam FB, and changeup. I just added the changeup after a few starts as an extra offspeed pitch. I throw the cutter in on the hands of lefties and the 2-seam in on the hands of right handed hitters. I get a lot of K's from guys chasing my slurve out of the zone.

You don't have to tell me why you use Nolan Ryan's pitching delivery. I know the reason why you use his pitching delivery, it's because you're a Texas Rangers fan.

I like to use Chris Capuano (since his mechanics are similar to mine) and my out pitch is my bugs-bunny Circle Change (also my IRL out pitch)!
