Patch Did Not Fix Stuttering, also New Issues

So I have downloaded all of the patches except the last one. I haven't noticed any issues other than the fact I can't get online. Should I download the latest patch???

Why did you not use server of MLB the show 2012, who are much more stable and he 's not Deconnection and freez ?

Now we cannot complet game..2 month 30 games, 1 games complet ! Your server is Amazing...

The stuttering issue is a strange one for me. I can play how ever many games and not experience a stutter or a hiccup but then I will play a game and get a handful during that particular game. It happens for me when pitching for the most part but also get it when I'm at the plate.
