Clothing flicker on opposing pitcher

Hey, is anyone else getting a strange graphic glitch where parts of the opposing pitcher's clothing with flicker/stutter as they start their motion? Happened with three different pitchers - Jon Lester's sleeve length flickered back and forth between elbow length and mid forearm length and his cap and shoes flickered different colors; two other pitchers had shoe and cap flickering. It messes my timing on hitting up sometimes but is mostly just annoying because it is so frequent. I do not have the most recent patch installed.

I've seen it with the opposing pitchers sleeve in rtts mode, while I am on second base. never really noticed it while hitting though.

i see it all the time in my franchise...it happens when they start their motion, its annoying but doesnt affect anything, no stutter or anything it is really weird tho i found it happened in 12 too

I mean yeah, it doesn't make their motion stutter so you can still time the pitch well, but it is pretty annoying because it happens probably on 1/3 of the pitches so it distracts me with its randomness. I know it is a minor complaint but it does make hitting just a tad harder for me.

When I faced zack greinke I noticed that his face would flicker during his windup

this, and a lot of pitchers faces have really weird flickering/rendering issues during their wind up. their faces go from looking normal to looking like a glob of play-doh several times during the windup process.

I feel like the flickering has always been part of the game visually. I notice it a lot in certain pitching views, the belt loops on hitters will flicker in and oout of existence. Same with other aspects of the player models. I always assumed it was just how the game was.
