Who are your top underrated players?

I recently just got this game and in almost every sports game I always look for the obscure and oddball players to add on my bench. Some of these oddball players pan out and some don't. Give me your top underrated players you enjoy to use.

Luis Valbuena(Cubs) - 2nd/OF - Darwin Barney broke his leg in spring training and I decided to try out Luis Valbunea. On opening day, he went 5-5 with 2 hrs and a double. His def was also pretty solid.

I have always had luck with Mark Reynolds the past few years, I usually mash with him for some reason

Brandon Barnes of the Astros, he's a centerfielder with good speed, he can hit, and steal bases very underrated

Every year for some reason I can tear it up with Will Venable on SD. Has good speed and D too.

rick ankeil and Chris carter straight lights out with them when I'm patient and wait for the pitch

For me it's Stephen Pryor, and Carter Capps. Just straight lights out at the backend of the Mariners' bullpen. A 82 MPH change after a 100 mph FB just doesn't seem fair to me.

I find that I can pitch really well with Jake Westbrook but I don't usually get him since he's older and I know he'll be like a 70 by the end of the first season. Also, I had like a .400 avg with Danny Espinosa through 20 games or so somehow hahaha

Eduardo Nunez had been golden for me but I don't know what to do about him when Jeter comes back. I have also been raking with Brett Gardner. Getting bunts for hits with him.

Oh also Evan Gattis, catcher from the Atlanta Braves, he is an absolute hulk of a human being. I got him in a fantasy draft after watching him in TV. The only downfall is that he doesn't come with the awesome beard he has going on in real life.
