AI pickoffs please help

I have the cpu pickoff slider turned all the way up and he never throws over...EVER...played 100 games and cheated my lead and can not get him to throw over at all....please help

Where are your Base Steal Ability and Throwing Error sliders set?

This is funny, I wish I had this issue. The computer always tries to pick me off, I've had to lower the Pickoff settings myself.
