MLB 14 Wishlist: Swing and follow through

If there is a particular swing/follow through you would like to see in the game. Please post a video they can be a custom follow through for a player or a generic follow through that you don't believe we have in the game now.

Only post if you have a video thx.

Re: MLB 14 Wishlist: Swing and follow through

Short two handed follow through, the bat barely goes over the players shoulder, if at all. Seen in the video is Freddie Freeman, one of the many players who swing like this, such as Nelly Cruz, Chase Utley, Edwin Encarnacion, etc. This should be added as a generic follow through to be chosen from for any stance.

Normal one hand follow through, currently any time a right hander hits the ball to the outfield, the bat goes over his shoulder, like a Jose Bautista follow through. There needs be one that just looks normal, i don't really know any other way to explain it other than normal. Left handed hitters that have one handed follow throughs in MLB the Show 13 look normal, but not right handed hitters. Examples of this can pretty much be seen by any hitter who finishes with one hand. But here is a video of Manny Machado.

Re: MLB 14 Wishlist: Swing and follow through

I don't think there is any true "Japanese" follow through in the game. Would be a much different and welcome addition:

He has a very level swing that he follows through with two hands and comes back with the bat, to about the contact zone. It's much more evident on foul balls where he swings through and then snaps the bat back to about where he made contact.

If I can't find some good video them I guess ignore this, but thought I'd still share.

Surprised there haven't been more responses

Edit: Not actually as unique when making contact.

Big Papi's opposite field swing and follow through would be a welcome addition to the Show
