    Couple of Questions

    Hello,

I apologize if these were answered already as I was in the hospital with back surgery on launch day. I had a couple questions for those that have the game.

    1. Are there many differences between 14 and last year's game? I know the new cameras play a part but is there a gameplay improvement?

    2. Are injuries more realistic? Specifically, if the pitcher takes a liner off the head (which happens frequently), does he sustain an injury.

    3. In terms of PS3 vs PS4, I've seen the comparison clips and the PS4 version does look impressive, however, I don't yet own a PS4 and I thought about getting one, but I don't have a newer HDTV so I am wondering if that would negate the power of the PS4.

Basically, I am going to eventually get a PS4 and new TV, however, probably not this year. THat being said, will the PS3 be a good game for me for one more season?

    Thanks Guys...

PS4 doesn't have sounds of show...As for everything else, I just got the game last night, so I don't know a lot either

      Re: Couple of Questions

      1. The on field game play feels pretty similar, more animations and stuff though make things look a little smoother. But for the most part it feels about the same. If you play 1st or 3rd though, reacting to a popup over your head sucks, the indicator is small and kinda blends in with the dirt.

      2. I have a RTTS pitcher and he got hit by a ball coming back just once so, and it didn't hurt him, but it also didn't hit him in the head. Injuries seem the same as last year though.

      3. PS4 requires HDMI, unless your tv is huge you probably won't be a significant difference between 720 and 1080. If your old HDTV looks good with your PS3, it should hold up on the PS4.
