PS3 store: required GB of storage needed?

I seem to have a worry:

The PS3 PlayStation Store says that MLB The Show 15 contains 22GB memory.

My PS3 sysinfo says I have 42 GB free memory.

But when I go to purchase MLB The Show 15 the Cart says I should not purchase because I need to free up 4.6 GB more memory or the game may not install.

I seem to have way more memory than enough, but am afraid to buy because the PSN store warns I do not have enough???

Anybody run into this issue know what the deal is?

Solved. The problem was a program requires way more memory to install than to run. So had to temporary uninstall EA NCAA FB, download and install The Show, then reinstall NCAA. And that worked and still have 20GB memory free. It did not change NCAA by deleting then reinstalling, all the game settings, seasons, roster remain as before the delete.
