Fantasy Draft Issue

My friend and I started an online franchise on Monday night and completed a fantasy draft. However, none of the players that were drafted have been added to any of the teams and we are unable to play. It has been three days now, so I was wondering if anyone knew what the issue is or knew how to work around this problem?

When you do a fantasy draft are all of the players available or if you only choose to have an 8 man league are just the 8 players from those teams available?
