How does SCEA handle blue screen errors?

The title of the thread pretty much sums up my question, but here's the scenario.. I'm sure this happens all the time to other players.

I was up 5-0 in the 8th inning of an online DD game, when I singled up the middle and then promptly received a blue screen error.

I reported the error to Playstation, then started back up the game. I was dealt the loss even though I was up 5-0, and the other kid only had one hit.

So my question is:

How do I go about reporting this properly enough to get my win? I already filed a grief report on the game history screen under "other", while describing the events that had occurred.

Do they review games that are filed and reported? Possibly changing the outcome? Obviously I should have received the win, or at least not received the loss.

How does SCEA handle this. Thanks guys.
