I had the exact same thing happen to me in an offline game against the CPU. Not a walk-off, but it was a home run at US Cellular, at the left foul pole, and it curved foul at the last second. Foul. As. Hell.

I created a bug report at the ShowNation web page, but it wouldn't let me upload my videos, and I'm having trouble uploading to YouTube. But believe me, it happened. If I were you, I'd submit a bug report, or look for mine and up-vote it. My PSN name is EverwinterKnight.

This happens in Wrigley Field too and it was even worse. Didn't even go past the foul pole.

I haven't actually seen this in a while, but it indeed happens on foul balls that hit the side wall/ledge down the lines. I remember there being a bug report for this in the past, but since I haven't see it in a while I have no idea if it got fixed.
