I have played and completed 21 games online and I've been the home team every single time. Any idea why this is happening? Kind of annoying.

Same here. It's been like that the last few years I've played too. Can't be a coincidence.

I am almost always the home team also. I noticed it early. I will was looking for a setting, but can't find any.
