Please help: I cant ever advance online franchise to playoffs

First we played a 28 game season and afterwards we could not advance to the playoffs. It would say "loading" pause for 20 seconds then get "server error" and the games in the schedule would be all messed up, such as teams playing the same series for 20+ games.

I then did a test league after the most recent patch and simmed the whole season and the same thing happened. Could it possibly be our settings?

We used:

OSFM rosters
Legends on
Flex manual (2 leeway)
Fantasy draft

If anyone knows the problem or there has to be a change in our settings i would appreciate it. Thanks
