Always afternoon when playing online

ive got a couple questions with the online match making:

1. So far every math I've played has been at home. Why haven't I been a road team yet? Is it just random? I go to play now and then select play now online.

2. It seems like every time I play online it's been an afternoon game. I choose a 7 pm start time but it keeps starting at 1 once the game loads. Is this a bug or is it just me?

In addition to it always being a 1pm start time, I've always been the home team and the roof is always open even when I've set it to be closed.
